The Council
The Council is the governing body of the Institute. Established under the HKIMI Ordinance, the Council comprises the President, Deans and Deputy Presidents of the Institute, 12 lay members from the business, professional, semi-governmental and academic sectors.
The Court
The Court is the supreme advisory body to the Council on matters of direction, with a view to promoting the well-being of the Institute. Headed by the Court Chairman, the Institute Court consists of Honorary Chairmen and members appointed by Council from different sectors of the community.
